Job Details
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master s/MBA preferred)
- 7 10+ years of progressive supply chain experience, with senior-level site responsibility in the aerospace and defense industry
- Strong background in ERP/MRP systems, supplier management, cost reduction, and commodity strategies
- Demonstrated success building and leading high-performance supply chain teams
- Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies
- Skilled negotiator with proven ability to manage complex supplier relationships and contracts
- Familiarity with logistics and shipment coordination
- Preferred certifications: ISM (CPSM), APICS/ASCM (CPIM, CSCP)
- Willingness to travel occasionally (up to 10 15%)
