Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Test Automation Engineer to lead quality assurance initiatives for Oracle HCM applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in scriptless automation tools, preferably Opkey, along with a proven ability to optimize testing processes and deliver consistent, high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Test Automation Leadership:
    • Develop and execute robust test automation strategies specifically for Oracle HCM applications.
    • Drive automation adoption using scriptless tools, with a preference for Opkey.
  • Quality Assurance Ownership:
    • Oversee the entire quality assurance process, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices.
    • Recommend strategies to enhance test coverage and accelerate time to market.
  • Testing Execution:
    • Ensure timely completion of testing activities per schedule while maintaining accuracy and reliability.
    • Identify regression test cases and establish regression testing suites as needed.
  • Team Collaboration:
    • Work closely with the automation team to provide functional insights on business process flows.
    • Maintain effective communication with stakeholders to align on objectives.
  • Reporting and Documentation:
    • Generate and share detailed testing status updates, metrics, and reports with the Test Manager.
    • Document testing processes to ensure transparency and repeatability.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience:
    • 10+ years of hands-on experience in test automation, with proven expertise in Oracle HCM applications.
  • Tool Proficiency:
    • Mandatory experience with scriptless automation tools, preferably Opkey.
  • Technical Expertise:
    • Strong analytical and communication skills to resolve testing challenges effectively.
  • Leadership Qualities:
    • Ability to own and drive the quality assurance process while mentoring teams and promoting best practices.
