Job Details
Oracle Fusion HCM Technical Consultant - OIC Integration Specialist
Location: Norwell, MA (Hybrid - 1 week per month onsite)
Duration: 6 months contract
Key Requirements:
- 5+ years Oracle Fusion HCM technical implementation experience
- Very strong knowledge of Oracle Core HR - essential requirement
- Strong knowledge of OTBI & BIP Reporting for HCM
- Strong Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) expertise building both inbound and outbound interfaces to HCM
- Experience with HCM Cloud technical configurations and customizations
- Knowledge of Oracle HCM data models and business processes
- Oracle Learning Cloud experience is an added plus
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement OIC integrations for Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud
- Configure technical solutions for Core HR and other HCM modules
- Support data migration and system integrations
- Collaborate on milestone-based project deliverables
Work Arrangement:
- Remote with 1 week per month onsite in Norwell, MA
- 6-month engagement with potential extension
