This position offers remote setup with the flexibility to work from any location in Georgia, whether it's your home, well-equipped offices in Tbilisi and Batumi or a coworking space in Kutaisi.

Responsibilities
  • Architect and design ESM
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to comprehend their needs and design solutions that fulfill their requirements
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest ServiceNow and ESM trends and technologies
  • Work with other teams to elaborate on ServiceNow integration with other systems and processes
  • Provide technical support to developers from architectural standpoint

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in IT Service Management / Help desk and IT Ops platforms
  • Expertise with ServiceNow
  • Strong understanding of ITIL and other ITSM frameworks
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • English level B2+
