Job Details
Job Title: Senior .Net Full Stack Developer / .Net Architect
Location : New York (Hybrid)
Qualifications:
5-10 years of developing and delivering highly available enterprise web applications
Experience developing full stack applications using C# (.Net core), Vuejs NodeJS, JavaScript, TypeScript, or relevant technology.
Strong experience with Oauth 2.0 and OpenID connect frameworks.
Experience with JSON and parsing FHIR objects, basic knowledge of the FHIR standard, and familiarity with Visual Studio are also required.
Technical background and skills to perform in all phases of software design, development, and documentation; configuration management.
Hands-on knowledge of FHIR APIs and healthcare interoperability standards.
Solid expertise in PostgreSQL and relational database schema design.
Experience with AWS cloud services and deploying containerized applications using Docker.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment strategies.
Experience with GitHub and modern code review practices.
Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code that supports long-term scalability.
Prior experience in healthcare or healthtech environments is a strong plus.
Experience with unit and integration testing frameworks.
