Role: Data Product Manager with Banking

Location: Remote

Duration: 12+ Months Contract

We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Data Product Manager to lead the
development of cutting-edge data products in the banking domain. You ll bridge
the gap between business, data products, and data engineering to deliver
insights that power everything from risk management to personalized customer
experiences.
What You ll Do:

  • Define and Own the roadmap for key data products that support banking operations,

regulatory reporting (CCAR), and customer intelligence.

  • Partner with stakeholders in risk, compliance, retail and corporate banking to understand their data needs and pain points.
  • Collaborate with Data engineering/ETL and product teams to deliver high-quality, scalable data solutions.
  • Translate business goals into product features, data models, and actionable KPIs.
  • Ensure products comply with data governance, privacy, and regulatory requirements (e.g., Basel, AML, GDPR).
  • Advocate for data quality, consistency, and accessibility across the organization.
  • Monitor adoption and success metrics, and continuously optimize based on user feedback.

    What We re Looking For:
  • 15+ years of experience in product management, preferably with data products.
  • 5+ years Banking and regulatory data background.
  • Solid understanding of banking products, data workflows, and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience working with large datasets, data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Hadoop, Oracle), and analytics tools.
  • Strong communication skills able to clearly explain data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of launching successful data or analytics products.
