Business Systems Analyst - Lead

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Phoenix, AZ that is seeking a Lead Business Systems Analyst for a hybrid role.

Summary:
Are you a systems-savvy leader with a passion for optimizing project management tools and supporting enterprise-wide implementations? Do you enjoy working closely with end users and driving adoption of new technologies? If so, we want to meet you! We're looking for a Lead Business Systems Analyst to support the rollout and ongoing management of a citywide project management system. This is a local-only opportunity based in Phoenix, AZ, with a hybrid schedule (80% onsite, 20% remote). You'll be a key player in system configuration, user support, training coordination, and data integrity.

Responsibilities:
* Configure and manage users, permissions, and project structures within Unifier (or similar PM software)
* Maintain accurate project data and documentation
* Coordinate and support training sessions (logistics, scheduling, follow-up)
* Respond to user inquiries and assist with reporting and troubleshooting
* Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful system implementation and adoption

REQUIREMENTS:
* Experience with Unifier or similar project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Oracle products)
* Proven track record in project management system implementation
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Excel (advanced level)
* Familiarity with presentation/video tools like Snagit or Camtasia
* Local candidates only - must be located in the Phoenix area at time of application
* Must be available for in-person interviews within 1 week of posting close
* Must be able to start within 2 weeks of offer

Preferred Skills:
* Understanding of construction project management principles
* Ability to train and support end users effectively
* Experience working in large organizations (municipalities, utilities, or enterprises)
* Strong analytical and communication skills

Work Environment:
* Hybrid Schedule: 80% onsite, 20% remote
* Initial Training: Fully onsite
* Work Locations: Central Phoenix offices

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
