Description

Description

Job Duties:
- Work seamlessly with SAIC's Program Controls (PC) team in support of the Ground Based Radar Maintenance and Sustainment Services (GMASS) Program.
- Develop/maintain the analytical tools capable of meeting the requirements of the monthly Integrated Program Management Data and Analysis Report (IPMDAR), which is the primary reporting tool for schedule, cost, and variance.
- Develop/maintain a program-specific, Integrated Data and Analysis Tool-suite that acts as a program financial and staff Data History / Repository, structured and evolving to address Frequently Asked Questions by Government and SAIC program/project managers.
- Related Data Analysis and Visualization as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and six years' experience.
- Active Secret Clearance.
- Expert in MS/Excel.
- Experience with a broad range of analytical techniques and analysis programs.
- Experience with configuration and data management, data structure, and data analysis.
Qualifications - Desired:
- Experience in financial analysis, statistics, and metrics.
- Experience in Dashboard development.
- Understanding of invoices, logistics, and billing cycles.
- Experience in data analysis and reporting specific to UEWR, PARCS, or other Strategic Warning and Surveillance radar systems such as PAVE PAWS or BMEWS.
