Position : Business Analyst with ServiceNow platform
Location :Cincinnati, OH (Onsite)

Required Skills and Experience
- Bachelor s degree in business, technology, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience on the ServiceNow platform.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proven experience in data mapping, process mapping, and quality assurance.
- Ability to manage meetings, gather requirements, and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Solid understanding of SDLC, release management, and project coordination.
- Proficiency in SQL.
Nice to Have
- Experience in Big Room Planning or Dispute Management.
- Knowledge of Financial Crimes or broader financial industry domains.
- Strong presentation and executive communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet with business users to understand requirements and translate them into functional design documents.
- Analyze and visualize business processes and data flows to identify gaps and opportunities for automation.
- Lead requirement definition, testing, implementation, and support for new and existing systems.
- Create detailed acceptance criteria and conduct unit and UAT testing to ensure quality output.
- Write and execute SQL scripts for data validation and ETL testing.
- Research emerging technologies, data architecture, and security trends within the banking industry.
- Provide production support, troubleshoot data and system issues, and coordinate with technical teams to resolve them.
- Contribute to internal initiatives like system upgrades, analytics enhancements, and documentation.
- Offer mentorship to junior team members and ensure tasks align with project timelines and compliance requirements.
