Technical Project Manager
The Opportunity:

We're looking for someone like you to help our clients meet their mission by helping them manage and increase warfighter readiness.

As a leader on our team, you'll oversee the delivery of the most advanced digital solutions. As you guide your team, you'll partner with clients to conceptualize, build and deploy robust dashboards within the Advana and Jupiter platform. You'll move quickly in an exciting and fluid environment to lead the Agile development of a project roadmap, establish project milestones, and implement metrics to track progress, while bringing people together to make a tangible difference.

You Have:
  • 5+ years of experience with client-facing program or project management in an IT environment, including schedule management, risk management, scope management, finan cia l management, resource management, staff planning, deliverables and overseeing day to day tasks of a team
  • Experience with supporting, engaging, and interfacing with government clients within the DoD, providing reports to leadership, and translating technical topics into client requirements
  • Experience with Micro sof t Office programs, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with defining Stories and prioritizing the Team Backlog to streamline the execution of program priorities while maintaining the conceptual and technical integrity of the features or components
  • Knowledge of software development life cycles, such as Agile and Scrum methodology
  • Knowledge of visualization platforms, such as Tableau, Qlik and PowerBI
  • Ability to lead discussions with various stakeholders to c ond uct strategic planning, define business objectives, prioritize goals, and mitigate risks
  • Ability to ensure alignment of project objectives and client expectations
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree


Nice If You Have:
  • Experience with project artifacts and documentation, including project plans, milestone charts, or project roadmaps
  • Experience with analyzing project-specific finan cia l metrics to c ond uct accurate finan cia l forecasting and projections and monitoring actuals against plan
  • Experience interfacing with senior leaders in the Navy
  • Experience with Tableau, Qlik, PowerBI
  • Experience with leading a team of skilled data scientists, analysts, architects, engineers, and Subject Matter Experts
  • Knowledge of Undersea Warfare Enterprise or Submarine Force
  • Ability to anticipate, mitigate, and resolve risks and conflicts across workstreams
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Master's degree
  • Project Management Professional Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
