As they scale their operations, they are seeking a skilled Senior Data Engineer to lead and expand their data infrastructure. As a Senior Data Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, building, and maintaining end-to-end data architecture that powers critical reporting and insights across operations, marketing, finance, and products. You will define the company's data roadmap, lead data initiatives, and ensure stakeholders have access to clean, usable, and reliable data through modern tools and platforms. Required Skills & Experience
  • 5 years of experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, or related roles
  • Strong SQL & Python skills for building and optimizing pipelines
  • Hands-on experience with BigQuery and Google Cloud Platform
  • Familiarity with orchestration tools (Airflow, Dagster, etc.)
  • Familiarity with relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server)
  • Familiarity with non-relational databases (MongoDB, Redis, Cassandra, etc.)
  • Proficiency with BI tools
What You Will Be Doing Tech Breakdown
  • 80% Data Engineering (Python, SQL, BigQuery, Pipelines, Cloud)
  • 20% Reporting/Business Analytics (Power BI, stakeholder collaboration)
Daily Responsibilities
  • Own and maintain the company's data warehouse, ensuring quality, scalability, and performance
  • Design, build, and monitor scalable ETL/ELT pipelines integrating data from multiple sources (Oracle, MongoDB, Google Analytics, and internal systems)
  • Deliver clean, consistent data to downstream platforms including Power BI reporting
  • Define and execute the long-term roadmap for data infrastructure and analytics ecosystem
  • Serve as technical lead and architect for company-wide data initiatives
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, finance, and product teams to translate requirements into scalable data solutions
  • Oversee a data analyst focused on reporting and dashboard development
