Title: Salesforce QA Lead (W2/1099)

Job Summary A QA Lead is responsible for seamless execution of the QA test plan; by providing optimal test coverage, developing high quality test cases and guiding a QA or Sr. QA. A QA Lead is expected to possess expert level knowledge of QA best practices and methodologies, CRM platforms, business functions, and essentials of systems integration. AYears of experience needed Required 5 - 6 years of Functional & Non-Functional Testing experience in Salesforce and minimum 1-year Agile experience.

• Suggest Process improvements to QA Practices

Responsibilities:

• Monitor QA workstream for Delivery/Client Services projects (with guidance from QA Manager)
• Create and regularly update QA templates, best practices and other material
• Determine and regularly monitor/upgrade test case management strategy, tools, processes and best practices. This includes automation, data migration, integration, along with typical SFDC areas
• Present to role communities (SAs, TAs, EMs) for QA updates and highlights
• Evangelize QA across the organization (should be synonymous with QA)
• Direct client interaction and expectation to be able to lead QA calls

Certifications Needed:

• Tosca AS1AS2
