• Key skills:
• Experience in Product Design & Development of Medical components. Expertise in Product Design of Injection Molded parts(Plastic part design), Sheet metal Design, Ultrasonic & heat stake design, Casting, GD&T, Tolerance stack-up analysis are mandatory areas of expertise.
• Experience in working with various Electro-mechanisms such drawer mechanism, piercing mechanism, rotary valve mechanisms.
• Working on Solid Works is preferred (Part Modelling, Assembly, Drafting, Sheet Metal, Mechanical Routing, DFM, DFA).
• Create assembly drawings in Solid works & Releasing in SAP
• Creating and extracting new assembly BOM in SAP.
• Creating spec sheet for COTS parts
• Expertise on Value Engineering, Tolerance Stack-up, GD&T, DFM/DFA, DFMEA, PFMEA
• Additional Preferred skills
• Perform a full lifecycle product development (design, develop, test prototypes, manufacture and implement)
• Design Plastic, sheet metal, machine, casting components in medical systems and components that meet needs and requirements.
• Conduct experiments methodically, analyses data and interpret results.
• Experience in ordering 3dprinted part, Machined parts, Molded parts and assembling them.
• Create 3d Wire harness route in SOLIDWORKS
• Create 2d drawing for Wire harness with pin details using Board schematic(should understand pin details from board schematic and provide those details from and to in drawing)
• Academic Qualification: Bachelor of Engineering In Mechanical or similar area. M.S. (e.g. in Design) is added advantage.
