Roles and Responsibilities:
- Build Successful & Sustainable SaaS New Client Acquisition Sales Team
- Establish & institutionalize best in class SaaS sales management process.
- Accountable for Acquiring New Enterprise Clients
- Expand & establish Qyrus to be the Technology stack for every existing client.
- Establish sustainable Revenue & Client Acquisition Engine for the firm.
- Drive Enterprise SaaS Sales for the platform
- Define go to market Strategy & Execution Plan
- Establish Analyst & Advisory Relationship & Digital Marketing Execution plan.
- Partner with customers to better understand their business needs and objectives; Cultivate lasting relationships with customers to grow customer loyalty.
- Develop leads, identify prospective clients.
- Contact prospects to determine testing needs and potential fit.
- Communicate the benefits of the platform and how they address customer needs.
- Conduct platform demonstrations as needed to increase prospect interest.
- Develop proposals for prospective clients, including scope, pricing, etc.
- Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and prepare sales agreements.
- Drive the entire sales cycle from demand creation, initial customer engagement to contract closure.
- Accountable for CRM databases and tracking overall performance.
- Responsible for market watch, provide market/Industry insights & regularly provide feedback for benchmarking our solutions & services against source, data, and competitors.
Candidate Profile
- Experienced Sales Leader with a proven track record of success in Services/solution Selling
- Minimum of 5 years of Managed Services Sales leadership role is desirable.
- Needs to have Automation Testing background and have experience in selling testing services/platforms.
- Experience in building and managing hunter sales team is essential.
- Ability to engage & influence with C suite is desirable.
- Good understanding of the Technology Solution Services, IT landscape, products & business.
- Must have deep understanding of the market and competition to develop winning Sales Strategies; Real time grasp of competitors services and range of solutions
- Passionate about digital sales and technology
