Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Infrastructure Operations Analyst with a strong background in business analysis and IT systems. This role will support cross-functional teams by managing project budgets, tracking hardware/software assets, and generating monthly financial reports. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with tools like Jira, VMware, Linux, Oracle, and Confluence, and will play a key role in bridging operations and infrastructure teams to ensure smooth project execution and system integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with technical and business teams to gather and analyze operational requirements.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and monthly reporting.
- Track and maintain hardware/software serial numbers and inventory.
- Utilize Jira and Confluence for task tracking and documentation.
- Support infrastructure platforms including VMware, Linux, and Oracle environments.
