• The Principal Dynamics/Power Apps Developer will possess knowledge and experience in applications software development principles and methods sufficient to LEAD in the design, development, testing and implementation of new or modified applications software.
• Software design principles, methods and approaches; principles, methods and procedures for designing, developing, optimizing and integrating new and/or reusable systems components.
• Pertinent government regulations.
• Database management principles and methodologies, including data structures, data modeling, functionality and operability of the current operating environment.
• Systems engineering concepts and factors such as structured design, supportability, survivability, reliability, scalability and maintainability.
• Optimization concepts and methods.
• Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with those contacted in the course of the work.
• Speak and write effectively and prepare effective reports.
• Microsoft CRM.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Microsoft Power Apps (Power App Portals and Canvas Apps).
• Microsoft Power Automate OR Logic Apps.
• JavaScript and HTML design and development.
• Enterprise business solution development and delivery.
• Architecting business solutions based on SQL Server database, reporting and integration services.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

• 5 years: Microsoft Power Apps (Power App Portals and Canvas Apps).
• 5 years: Liquid.
• 5 years: Microsoft Power Automate OR Logic Apps.
• 7 years: JavaScript and HTML design and development.
• Experienced in Systems Thinking the ability to break problems into manageable pieces, and to see how the pieces interact with one another and can be assembled into an integrated, functioning, whole system.
• 5 years: Lead Capacity.
• 5 years: Cloud

Education Preferred ::

• Bachelor s degree in an IT-related or Engineering field.

Additional Information ::

• Remote Position.
• Candidate must be in the United States.
• California and Los Angeles preferred.
• Will need to work OT as needed.
• Will need to come to 500 W. Temple Ave, in downtown Los Angeles for Live Scan.
• This is a principal-level position.
• Candidate will act as a technical lead.
• Candidate must be able to lead projects with limited supervision.
• Candidate must be able to lead projects including working with the application development team, project management team, and business stakeholders through an agile development process.
• Candidate must have the required advanced technical knowledge and experience in regard to MS Dynamics 365, Power Pages, Canvas Apps, and Power Automate in order to deliver complex solutions by identified deadlines.
• Candidate should not require technical handholding.
