Job Title: Dialysis Domain Consultant with Palantir expertise
Location: Brentwood, TN
Duration: 12+ months contract
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Techno Functional Lead with a strong background in Dialysis/Healthcare domain and solid expertise in Palantir technology. Along with the domain knowledge, the ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with Palantir Foundry, be able to lead end-to-end data workflows, and possess a deep understanding of clinical and operational data related to Dialysis.
Dialysis Domain Expertise
- Understanding of core business operations, clinical and operational data, and key performance metrics within the dialysis industry.
- Familiarity with regulations and compliance requirements related to healthcare data (e.g., HIPAA).
- Strong business acumen in the context of dialysis and healthcare
Technical Skills:
Palantir Foundry Expertise
- Ontology Design
- Expertise in designing Ontologies with object types, link types, and interfaces tailored to Dialysis workflows and patient data models.
- Strong grasp of semantic and kinetic elements (actions, functions) within Foundry to define clinical events, treatment cycles, and care pathways.
Dialysis Machine Data Integration
- Ability to integrate diverse data sources including EHRs, Dialysis machines, lab systems, and scheduling platforms into Foundry.
- Experience implementing robust ETL pipelines and managing real-time and batch ingestion processes.
Clinical Data Modeling
- Proven ability to design scalable and accurate data models for clinical outcomes, patient journeys, and treatment compliance tracking.
- Experience in schema and ontology alignment for healthcare interoperability.
Dialysis Analytical Workflows
- Skilled in building, managing, and optimizing Foundry analytical pipelines, especially for use cases like treatment trend analysis, missed dialysis sessions, and patient adherence.
- Proficiency with Pipeline Builder, Code Workbook, and Workshop applications.
Clinical Data Visualization
- Ability to create effective dashboards and visualizations using Contour, Quiver, and Workshop UI.
- Experience delivering insights to clinical teams, operations managers, and compliance stakeholders.
Programming & Scripting
- Python: Essential for data transformations, scripting, and leveraging libraries such as pandas, NumPy, and PySpark.
- SQL: Crucial for querying and managing data within Foundry.
- Java: Useful for complex data transformations and integrations.
- R: Supported for statistical analysis and data visualization when needed for advanced modeling.
