Direct Hire PERM up to $65K PLUS OVERTIME + BENEFITS!

? What You Will Do:

Your day-to-day will include:

?? Tier 1 Help Desk Support Tier 1, Desktop Support, hand holding a User Base by yourself as sole Help Desk Support

?? Hardware troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, printers, conference room, Zoom / Teams support.

?? Ticketing Management System experience

?? Addressing High Volume of tickets

?? Hybrid Active Directory: Password resets, account unlocks, and access management .

?? Supporting Office 365 apps, Active Directory,

?? Troubleshooting network connectivity issues (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP).

Must-Haves ?

1+ years Tier 1 Help Desk experience.

O365 experience

Solid hardware & software troubleshooting skills.

Ticketing systems

Knowledge of basic networking: DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP .

PLUS'S:

? Experience with Citrix. Knowledge of Cisco Meraki switches & Cisco firewalls.

Requirements

Minimum of 1 year of experience in Tier 1 Help Desk support.
Proficiency with Office 365 applications and Active Directory operations.
Solid understanding of hardware and software troubleshooting.
Experience working with ticketing systems to track and resolve user issues.
Basic knowledge of networking principles, including IP configurations.
Familiarity with Citrix and Cisco networking equipment such as Meraki switches and firewalls.
Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively while providing excellent customer service.
Strong communication skills and a patient demeanor to assist users with varying levels of technical expertise.
