How You Will Make an Impact
- Define and execute the enterprise applications and data strategy, driving modernization and scalability.
- Lead the technical roadmap for ERP systems and ensure alignment with business needs.
- Oversee ecommerce platforms, integrations, and custom application solutions.
- Champion data governance, data quality, data modeling, warehousing, and BI development.
- Guide teams across application development, ERP administration, BI engineering, and data engineering.
- Implement structured SDLC and DevOps processes that elevate delivery and operational excellence.
- Ensure high platform uptime, security, and performance across mission-critical systems.
- Establish KPIs for system performance, data accuracy, project success, and operational reliability.
- Collaborate with leaders across finance, HR, operations, and manufacturing to support organizational goals.
- Manage technology partners, vendors, licensing providers, and offshore development partners.
- Promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Are you an accomplished enterprise technology leader ready to make an impact?
Here's what you'll need to bring:
- 10+ years of experience leading enterprise applications, ERP ecosystems, or data/analytics functions.
- 5+ years guiding technical teams in ERP, application development, BI, or data engineering.
- Strong understanding of D365 Finance & Operations or comparable enterprise ERP platforms.
- Deep expertise in data architecture, engineering, modeling, and analytics tools such as Power BI.
- Experience implementing SDLC governance, Agile/Waterfall methodologies, and DevOps practices.
- Familiarity with Azure cloud services, integrations, and application connectivity.
- Background working with offshore or distributed development teams is beneficial.
- Strong communication skills with demonstrated success partnering with business leaders.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
