Job Details

Job Description:

  • Software ERP design specification and work the mockup
  • Circuit breakers that are thrown out not matching the commercial references of others
  • Bring visibility to the breakers that aren't being used, and suggest other uses of these breakers
  • Also, someone that can build an AI agent
  • Balance multiple barriers, finding particular breakers to be used for shipping, solutions for supply chain constraints
  • SAP systems, 2 or 3 different versions of SAP
  • Must have the experience in software engineering, some AI experience, need to be able to write code
  • Experience in lieu of a degree
  • 3-month duration, most likely extended
  • Ideal in Nashville area, but not required or Raleigh, NC and Boston
  • Remote is possible, but may need to travel for some business needs, most ideal is local to a SE work location
  • Extract data and add data to databases
  • General Programming skills, modern skill set AI knowledge
  • Programming skills, David will get back to us on some of the specific tools, etc.
  • Your Mission: To develop and implement software tools that support the identification of ideal scenarios between local modification, transfer to other plants, or dismantling.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the project team to understand requirements and design software solutions.
  • Develop and maintain software tools to support circularity processes.
  • Ensure software tools are user-friendly and meet project specifications.
  • Provide technical support and training to users.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot software issues, implementing fixes as needed.
  • Note: The software is to be used by inventory managers and scrap managers on a monthly or quarterly basis. Ideally, it should be connected to the ERP of the plant (OneMN).

About You:

  • Strong background in software development and ERP systems.
  • Experience with circularity or sustainability projects is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to navigate through uncertainties and frequent changes.
  • Strong communication skills.

Education:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in software development (general programming skills, modern tech stack)
  • Experience with ERP systems (especially SAP multiple versions)
  • AI and machine learning knowledge (ability to build an AI agent)
  • Database skills (extracting and adding data to databases)
  • Problem-solving and analytical thinking (to navigate constraints and suggest breaker reuses)

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with circularity or sustainability projects
  • Familiarity with OneMN ERP integration
  • UI/UX skills for user-friendly software design
  • Experience balancing supply chain/logistics constraints
  • Ability to work with circuit breaker data and component tracking

    Location: Preferably Nashville, TN, or Foxboro, MA. Remote can be considered. (Want candidates in Central or East coast no one West Coast.)
