Title: Electrical Maintenance Supervisor
Location: Medley, FL (Full onsite)
Duration: Direct-hire
Compensation: $80,000 - $95,000

Description:
- Supervise and lead the electrical maintenance team to ensure safe, reliable, and cost-effective operation of equipment and systems.
- Oversee the planning and execution of corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance tasks across the plant, quarry, and primary systems.
- Perform inspections, troubleshooting, and maintenance of electrical systems including power distribution, motor controls, instrumentation, PLCs, and automation systems.
- Allocate labor, tools, and materials to support planned and emergency maintenance tasks.
- Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Coach, train, and evaluate team members to ensure optimal performance and cross-functional readiness.
- Minimum 5 years of electrical maintenance leadership experience in a mining or industrial plant setting.
- Strong knowledge of power distribution systems up to 13.8kV.
- Demonstrated ability to supervise teams, assign tasks, and train employees.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and maintaining MCCs, VFDs, transformers, large AC/DC motors, and related electrical infrastructure.
- Working knowledge of NFPA 70E, NEC, and CFR 30 Part 56.
- Skilled in reading and creating electrical schematics, ladder logic, and process diagrams.
- Strong safety mindset with commitment to maintaining a hazard-free work environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluent in English (read, write, speak).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and MS Project; familiarity with CMMS software is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Valid Florida Driver's License and clean driving record.
- Physically able to walk, kneel, climb, lift up to 50 lbs., and work in confined spaces.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
- MSHA Surface Electrical License (or ability to obtain within 18 months)
- Experience with power systems up to 230kV.
- Background in root cause analysis methodology.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Prior experience in heavy equipment operations in construction or mining environments.
- Basic knowledge of limestone quarry operations.
- Positive attitude with a team-oriented approach to achieving results.
