Are you ready to take your ServiceNow expertise to the next level? We are looking for a ServiceNow Admin/Developer to join our client in a contract-to-hire opportunity. You will help drive digital transformation by automating workflows, streamlining processes, and delivering impactful solutions that power their business forward.

We re looking for a skilled and self-motivated ServiceNow Administrator/Developer to design, build, and support innovative solutions on the ServiceNow platform. In this role, you ll collaborate with a talented team, work directly with stakeholders, and play a key part in shaping the future of our service management capabilities.
What You ll Do

  • Design, configure, and deploy custom ServiceNow solutions that solve real business challenges.
  • Lead platform enhancements, integrations, and upgrades to ensure high performance and reliability.
  • Oversee release cycles from planning and testing to deployment ensuring smooth launches.
  • Partner with business and IT teams to gather requirements, recommend solutions, and document processes.
  • Stay ahead of the curve by researching and applying the latest ServiceNow features and best practices.

What We re Looking For

  • 6+ years in software development lifecycle (analysis, development, implementation, documentation).
  • 6+ years of hands-on ServiceNow administration and application implementation experience, including work with the Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) module.
  • Strong scripting, workflow, and automation skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a collaborative, solution-focused mindset.

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Experience with JavaScript/Angular, single sign-on, or ServiceNow upgrades.
  • Background in project management or enterprise change control.
