RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Manager CRM Strategy in Katy, TX.
Summary:
A leading retail marketing team is looking for a Manager to help grow its customer marketing function. This role sits within the Marketing department and spans broad cross-functional work. The ideal candidate will lead customer-focused projects, set vision and priorities for the customer experience, build roadmaps, and drive CRM and loyalty strategy.
Responsibilities:
* Develop lifecycle and personalized CRM strategies using segmentation and predictive models
* Oversee customer initiative portfolio aligned with overall roadmap
* Collaborate across teams to advance customer strategy goals
* Drive implementation of winning strategies developed in agile environments
* Provide updates and insights on customer programs and campaign performance
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
* 5+ years of experience in CRM, marketing strategy, or loyalty
* 3-5 years managing large retention campaigns across owned channels (email, SMS, app push, direct mail)
* Experience collaborating and communicating with senior leadership; Executive presentation skills a must
* Experience leading complex projects end-to-end
* Previous team management experience; Retail a plus
* Proven success in CRM strategy, customer journey mapping, and content development
* Strong background in data analysis and applying insights to strategy
* Strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities
* Excellent cross-functional collaboration and relationship building
* Strong communicator with polished presentation skills
* Analytical mindset with creative problem-solving abilities
* Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple priorities
* Curious, adaptable, and proactive in ambiguous situations
* Clear and effective written and verbal communication
* Strong leadership and team development skills
* Proven track record of building and sustaining relationships across all functions and levels in an organization to ensure seamless partnership and execution
* Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadline constraints
* Intellectual curiosity and the ability to navigate ambiguity and complexity
* Able to work independently and lead teams effectively
* Ability to balance high-level strategy with detailed execution
* Ability to get into the details while maintaining 30,000-foot view of the strategic goals of the organization
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
