Position Summary: The IT Product Specialist will support the Software Review Board. Candidate acts as primary liaison between various departments, stakeholders, and business partners. Candidate will prioritize SRB requests, set due dates and update metrics. In addition, this role will communicate process flows and provide status updates
Role: Work with and help guide team to:
- Acts as primary liaison between various departments, stakeholders, and business partners for Software Review Board (SRB)
- Review s software requests for proper information and required approvals.
- Prioritizes software requests based on business impact and customer needs.
- Owns, manage, and prioritizes backlog items.
- Review and sort incoming emails
- Send SRB request follow-up emails with necessary attachments (questionnaires, job aids).
- Set expectations and provide status updates to clients
- Download application files.
- Verify naming conventions, version, and billing numbers.
- Practice and promote a safety culture.

- External technical and project coordination with customers and SAM tool vendors
Minimum Qualifications:
- Some collage experience or attending college
- 1 year of work experience in inventory management
Desired:
- AA/AS in Computer Science, Business, Engineering or equivalent work experience
- 1 year working experience in Software Asset Management (SAM)
