Join a dynamic team as a Forward-Deployed AI Solutions Architect, where you'll drive AI-powered transformations in healthcare operations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative AI solutions that enhance patient care.

Responsibilities

Develop a comprehensive understanding of client needs and craft bespoke AI workflows to deliver impactful solutions.
Design and execute tailored AI use cases, leveraging advanced conversational systems and LLM-based AI technologies.
Collaborate with backend teams to integrate AI systems with client APIs and enterprise systems for seamless functionality.
Continuously optimize and test AI systems to improve performance and user experience.
Work closely with various teams to define product requirements and document decision workflows for scalability.

Skills

Proven experience in product management or solution architecture, with a strong track record of success.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, C++, or TypeScript/JavaScript.
Expertise in agentic design, prompt engineering, and emerging LLM technologies.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
Self-starter with a passion for solving meaningful problems and delivering real-world impact.

Preferred Skills

Experience with voice-enabled conversational AI systems and vector databases.
Knowledge of ML techniques for intent classification and dialog management.
Background in healthcare operations or finance, with prior experience in regulated industries.

This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
