Job Description: SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 Functional Lead

Work Location: Remote or hybrid depending on customer requirements (USA/Canada)

Employment Type: Contract.

Duration: Approximately 4 weeks (Starting Immediately)

Hours: Up to 40 hours per week.

(Good Chance for extension, Depends on Performance and Client discretion. )

Work Description: To assist our clients in establishing and streamlining the onboarding procedure, we are looking for a seasoned SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 Functional Lead. In order to create successful solutions, the ideal applicant will have a thorough understanding of SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0, outstanding communication skills, and the capacity to work with a variety of stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the functional lead for SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 implementations and upgrades.

Collaborate with customers to gather needs, design solutions, and ensure proper configuration of Onboarding 2.0 components.

Offer advice and knowledge on best practices for onboarding workflows, data integration, and compliance.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guarantee seamless integration with additional SAP SuccessFactors modules and third-party platforms.

Facilitate customer seminars, training sessions, and documentation to help end users adopt.

Quickly troubleshoot and resolve issues using the Onboarding 2.0 module.

Continuously evaluate and optimize onboarding procedures to ensure they are aligned with client goals and objectives.

Qualifications:

Extensive experience as a functional lead for SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0.

Understanding of integration points with other SuccessFactors modules (such as Employee Central and Recruiting).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with stakeholders and end users.

Proven ability to complete projects on schedule and within scope.

Understanding of HR processes and compliance standards.
