Job Details

Job Description:

  • We are seeking a Manufacturing Systems Program Manager to own and evolve the systems that support the end-to-end data center hardware lifecycle, from server and rack assembly in factories through deployment readiness in data centers.
  • This is a systems-driven role, focused on how manufacturing data, tooling, and workflows integrate across factories, supply chain partners, and data center operations.
  • You will assess existing system dependencies, identify gaps, and drive scalable improvements that reduce manual effort and improve data quality at scale

Responsibilities: Manufacturing Systems & Hardware Lifecycle

  • Own systems supporting server and rack assembly, including tracking of:
    • Component-level details (CPU, memory, storage, firmware)
    • Factory test results and quality checks
    • Hardware configuration aligned to workload requirements
  • Ensure manufacturing data is deployment-ready and aligned with data center standards.
  • Partner with capacity planning and operations teams to support future build forecasting and scale.

Systems Integration & Data Quality

  • Develop deep understanding of as-is manufacturing system dependencies and their impact on factory and deployment workflows.
  • Identify system gaps, manual handoffs, and data inconsistencies.
  • Drive improvements to reduce manual processes, improve data accuracy and latency, and increase system scalability.

Partner Adoption & Standards

  • Lead adoption of manufacturing data standards across external partners.
  • Define governance, validation mechanisms, and performance metrics.
  • Create clear documentation, onboarding guides, and Business Requirements Documents (BRDs).

System Design & Communication

  • Partner with engineering and systems teams to design scalable, future-ready manufacturing tools and data pipelines.
  • Translate factory and operational needs into system requirements.
  • Present concise system insights, risks, and trade-offs to senior stakeholders.


Experience:

  • 4+ years of experience in manufacturing systems, supply chain systems, or data center infrastructure operations.
  • Hands-on experience with hardware manufacturing or factory-facing systems.
  • Experience with server, rack, or large-scale hardware manufacturing.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing execution systems (MES), data governance, or system integrations.
  • Strong documentation skills (User Guides, workflows, BRDs).
  • Proven ability to analyze system dependencies and drive cross-functional improvements.
  • Experience presenting technical content to senior leaders.
