Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) Consultant to support a strategic M&A integration project for a client currently using Oracle Identity Management Suite and Microsoft Entra (formerly Azure AD). The consultant will play a key role in designing and implementing a seamless identity integration strategy between the client and the acquired company, ensuring secure and efficient access management across both environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess the current IAM landscape, including Oracle Identity Management and Microsoft Entra environments.
• Design and implement integration strategies to unify identity systems between the acquiring and acquired organizations.
• Develop and execute migration plans for user identities, roles, and access policies.
• Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams to ensure secure and compliant identity federation.
• Configure and manage SSO, MFA, and conditional access policies across hybrid environments.
• Provide guidance on identity governance, role-based access control (RBAC), and least privilege principles.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IAM-related issues during and after the integration process.
• Document architecture, configurations, and operational procedures.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 7+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Identity Management Suite (OIM, OAM, OUD, etc.).
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), including Entra ID Connect, Conditional Access, and Identity Governance.
• Experience with identity federation, SSO, SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.
• Proven experience in M&A integrations or complex IAM consolidation projects.
• Familiarity with Active Directory, LDAP, and cloud identity architectures.
• Strong understanding of security best practices, compliance standards (e.g., SOX, HIPAA), and risk management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate, Oracle Identity Management Certification, or CISSP/CISM.
• Experience with Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions.
• Knowledge of Zero Trust Architecture principles.
