Role: Quality Engineering Sr Manger / Director level resource
Location: Remote
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning and Implementation:
Developing and executing comprehensive QA strategies that align with business goals and product objectives.
Team Leadership and Management:
Leading, mentoring, and managing the QA team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
Process Improvement:
Continuously evaluating and improving QA processes to enhance team efficiency and product quality.
Compliance:
Ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
Audits and Investigations:
Overseeing audits and leading investigations into quality deviations to identify root causes.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Analyzing quality data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and reporting on quality performance to senior management.
Collaboration:
Collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g., product management, development) to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
Key Qualifications:
Experience: 15+ Years with 10+ Years as a QE/QA Lead, managed 100+ team members. Experience in quality assurance, including vast experience in a management or leadership role.
Education: Bachelor's / Master's degree
Knowledge: A strong understanding of quality assurance principles, methodologies, and best practices.
Skills: Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, Automation and analytical skills.
AI & Gen AI: Good understanding of using Gen AI in Test case generation, using AI in Testing, Using other AI tools and techniques.
Tools Knowledge in a must: TOSCA, QTest, NeoLoad
