About the Role

We are seeking a senior-level Auto Software Test Analyst to lead the transition from manual to automated testing. This role involves evaluating automation tools, building automation frameworks, developing scripts, maintaining automation systems, and training QA staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement automation tests; debug and define corrective actions.

  • Develop and execute automated test scripts using Selenium, Playwright, and other tools.

  • Identify, document, and track defects, bugs, and inconsistencies during testing.

  • Review system requirements and develop clear test plans and cases.

  • Build comprehensive automation test suites to ensure functionality, reliability, and accuracy.

  • Provide QA support, define/update quality standards, and collaborate with developers and project managers.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 8+ years proven experience in software QA & development.

  • 10+ years experience with QA methodologies, test planning, test case writing, and automated testing tools.

  • Strong experience with Selenium & Playwright automation frameworks.

  • Proficiency in SQL, scripting, and advanced programming skills.

  • Hands-on experience creating test automation solutions from scratch.

  • Experience scripting with Visual Studio Test Edition (Selenium plug-in & Playwright).

  • Strong knowledge of JIRA & Zephyr for test management.

  • Excellent communication skills with ability to collaborate across teams.

  • BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
