Job Role: Sr. Salesforce Developer(Commerce and Sales Cloud)
Location : Remote
Duration : 12+ months

Role Summary:

Join our Partners team and play a key role in developing and enhancing Salesforce solutions that empower our partners and drive B2B commerce and sales success. You will be instrumental in designing, building, and scaling solutions leveraging Salesforce B2B Commerce and Sales Cloud to optimize partner interactions, streamline sales processes, and improve overall partner experience. Your work will directly impact our ability to collaborate effectively with partners, expand our market reach, and achieve strategic business objectives.

Responsibilities

    • Design, develop, and implement scalable and robust Salesforce solutions with a focus on B2B Commerce and Sales Cloud, ensuring seamless integration with other systems.
    • Utilize Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL to build custom applications, triggers, workflows, and integrations within the Salesforce platform.
    • Configure and customize Salesforce B2B Commerce, including product catalogs, pricing, promotions, cart and checkout, and order management, to meet specific partner and business requirements.
    • Customize and extend Salesforce Sales Cloud functionalities, including lead management, opportunity management, account management, and reporting, to optimize partner sales cycles.
    • Develop and maintain APIs and integrations between Salesforce and external systems, ensuring data integrity and efficient data flow.
    • Apply best practices for Salesforce development, including design patterns, code optimization, testing, and deployment.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver high-quality results.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
  • Stay current with Salesforce releases, new features, and best practices, and proactively recommend solutions and improvements.

Qualifications Required

  • B.S. in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a focus on B2B Commerce and Sales Cloud.
  • Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and JavaScript.
  • Experience with Salesforce B2B Commerce configuration and customization, including product setup, pricing, promotions, and order management.
  • Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud configuration and customization, including sales processes, workflows, and reporting.
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce development best practices, design patterns, and governor limits.
  • Experience with Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP) and integration technologies.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or Salesforce Certified B2B Commerce Developer.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote).
  • Experience with other Salesforce Clouds (e.g., Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud).
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies.
  • Experience with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., CI/CD).
  • Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks).
