Job Details
We are seeking a Hypercare Lead to oversee post-deployment stabilization and ensure smooth transition into steady-state operations. The ideal candidate will develop, implement, and govern a comprehensive Hypercare strategy that ensures rapid issue resolution, stakeholder alignment, and service continuity across multiple integrated programs.Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead the Hypercare strategy for post-deployment stabilization and performance optimization.
- Establish governance frameworks, escalation processes, and cross-functional support mechanisms.
- Coordinate and align with Business, PMO, IT Run/Project Teams, Vendors, and Program Leadership.
- Extend and integrate Hypercare planning across Trident-adjacent programs (Poseidon, GTS, etc.) for comprehensive coverage.
- Leverage best practices and frameworks from other enterprise programs (Sherpa, Kodiak, PMOD2, CHLC, Vantus).
- Socialize plans and ensure alignment across all program towers and workstreams.
- Lead daily and weekly Hypercare execution meetings, track issue resolution, and report to leadership.
- Drive continuous improvement through post-Hypercare retrospectives and lessons learned.
- Proven experience as a Hypercare Lead, Transition Manager, or Program Delivery Lead in large-scale enterprise deployments.
- Strong understanding of post go-live support models, issue triage, and stabilization processes.
- Demonstrated success in cross-functional stakeholder management and governance design.
- Experience coordinating across multiple programs or workstreams.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in ERP or enterprise transformation programs.
- Familiarity with Program/Project Management frameworks (PMO, ITIL, Agile).
- Prior involvement in multi-program environments (Poseidon, GTS, Sherpa, Kodiak, etc.).
