Business Analyst

Contract to hire role.

Candidates must be able to work in the US without a sponsor and live in the St Louis area for hybrid role.

Key is personality/diplomacy. Experience is important, we need someone who knows how to interact with business SME s in a way that takes into account how busy everyone is and there to help solve the issue.

Must have experience with a ticketing system, collaborate with business SME s to come up with definition, examples of issues from a functional side then work with technical architects to figure out the technical solution. Need someone who will work independently, know how to collaborate in an environment that works quickly.

Knowledge of the Microsoft tech start is a major plus.

Further define/recreate, work with technical side to come up with a solution, coordinate with testing team then implement.
