Current Initiatives:
Priority #1 - Objective: (Collaborate with Cisco Advanced Services, redesign Internet and WAN for resiliency & redundancy) Transform our core routing, switching, and internet-edge architecture to achieve industry-leading resiliency, redundancy, and performance, in partnership with Cisco Advanced Services and 3rd-Party VARs through a detailed review and redesign of the current infrastructure.
Priority #2 - Objective: (Cloud PSTN Upgrade & Contractual Negotiations) - Modernize voice operations by implementing Cloud PSTN "CallTower", ensuring seamless integration, reliability, and disaster recovery readiness.
Priority #3 - Objective: (Webex Contact Center Migration) - Modernize voice operations by implementing Webex Cloud Contact Center, ensuring seamless integration, reliability, and disaster recovery readiness.
Priority #4 - Objective: (Firmware Upgrade Planning & Execution) - Enhance network security, stability, and performance by completing firmware upgrades and vulnerability management on all core and edge infrastructure
Priority #5 - TEM (Telcom Expense Management) - Implement a new Telecommunications Expense Management platform to optimize cost management, improve visibility, and streamline telecom billing operations.
