Role Overview

A .NET Full Stack Developer is a versatile engineer responsible for building end-to-end web applications from frontend interfaces to backend services and database design using the Microsoft technology stack within Agile teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Frontend Development
  • Implement responsive UIs with HTML, CSS, JavaScript and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js
  • Ensure crossdevice compatibility and optimize UX/UI performance .
• Backend & API Development
  • Build serverside components using C#, Core, Web API or MVC
  • Design RESTful/GraphQL APIs; integrate thirdparty services and microservices
• Database Design & Management
  • Work with MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL (RDBMS) or NoSQL systems like MongoDB, Redis
  • Optimize queries, schema design, indexing, and caching layers
• Cloud & DevOps
  • Deploy/manage apps in Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
  • Work with containers (Docker, Kubernetes) and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform) .
• Testing, QA & Security
  • Write unit/integration tests (xUnit, NUnit, MSTest) and apply TDD practices
  • Conduct code reviews, secure code audits; implement authentication/authorization best practices .
• Collaboration & Project Delivery
  • Engage in Agile ceremonies, estimations, and sprint planning.
  • Collaborate with designers, QA, product owners, clients; translate requirements into robust solutions .
  • Mentor junior developers and drive process improvements

Required Skill Set

• Languages & Frameworks: C#, .NET Core/Framework, Core/MVC, Entity Framework or
• Frontend: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, Angular or React .
• Databases: Relational (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL); NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis)
• Cloud & DevOps: Azure, AWS or Google Cloud Platform, Docker/Kubernetes, CI/CD tools, Terraform preferred .
• Testing, Quality & Security: TDD, unit/integration testing frameworks, secure coding practices .
• Version Control: Git (expertise in branching, merging, PR workflows)
• Soft Skills: Problem-solving, clear communication, team collaboration, Agile mindset .

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Bachelor s or Master s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related.
• Experience: Typically 8+ years in .NET full stack development (varies by seniority)
• Bonus Credentials: Microsoft or Cloud certifications (e.g., MCSD, Azure Developer); experience in microservices, Blazor, PowerBI, SSIS/SSRS .
