Assistant Superintendent

As an Assistant Construction Superintendent, you are directly involved in all operational processes for heavy highway, road construction and civil construction projects. In collaboration with the Superintendent and Project Manager, you will support the direction of project resources to maintain schedule and production. This role will require critical real-time problem solving to maintain contract compliance and quality control. You will be expected to represent the project and company s interests to Engineers, Owners, and Inspectors.

Your success in this role will be supported through continuing education and training to further develop your career path. You will have results driven advancement opportunities as your scorecard and experience expands.

Required Experience:

• (1-3) years in heavy highway, road construction leadership or supervisory role
• OSHA 10
• Construction Management or Civil Engineering Degree Preferred
• Valid Driver s License
