Job Description:
This role requires hands-on management of end-to-end campaign deployment.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively under tight deadlines and high pressure.
  • Superior organizational, project management and communication
  • Ability to work across multiple teams and stakeholders with a keen eye to identify business priorities.
  • Understand key campaign, channel and customer level metrics and how to take CRM data to drive performance.
  • Report on campaign and channel performance, partnering with Analytics as needed, and share actionable insights to the organization and key business stakeholders.
  • A decisive test-and-learn mentality constantly challenging the norms, unafraid to ask the bold questions, and unafraid to fail.
  • Ready to transform ideas and build with speed.
  • Comfortable articulating campaign requirements, closely partnering with CRM data and operations teams to ensure their proper implementation.
  • Skills:
    3-5 years craft expertise in email marketing with demonstrated success in personalization, optimization, and journey orchestration.
  • Exceptional creative brief writing skills that can translate to clear, impactful, and action-driven email campaigns.
  • Experience partnering with Research and Strategy teams to help devise, implement and measure complex test plans.
  • Experience navigating third-party agency partnerships to produce impeccable-quality, reliable work.
