Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Test Program Manager to lead and manage the end-to-end testing strategy for the migration of existing B2B/EDI integrations from MessageWay to Seeburger. The Test Program Manager will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and integration specialists to ensure comprehensive test coverage, minimize defects, and deliver a high-quality migration outcome.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement the overall testing strategy for the migration program.
• Develop detailed test plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate and manage all phases of testing: Unit, System Integration, End-to-End, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Ensure test environments, data, and tools are prepared and aligned with project timelines.
• Collaborate with development and integration teams to validate migrated workflows, mappings, and partner configurations.
• Establish defect management processes and oversee issue resolution.
• Track and report testing progress, risks, and quality metrics to stakeholders.
• Facilitate communication between business and IT teams to ensure alignment on test objectives and outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with security, data integrity, and regulatory standards during testing.
• Drive continuous improvement in testing processes and methodologies.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Test Manager or Test Program Manager in large-scale integration or migration projects.
• Strong understanding of B2B/EDI integration and platforms (MessageWay, Seeburger BIS).
• Expertise in test planning, execution, and defect management.
• Familiarity with EDI standards (X12, EDIFACT) and communication protocols (AS2, SFTP, FTP).
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with test management tools (e.g., HP ALM, JIRA, Zephyr).
• Knowledge of risk-based testing and quality assurance best practices.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience in Seeburger BIS configuration or MessageWay decommissioning.
• Exposure to automation testing tools and frameworks.
• Understanding of Agile methodology and tools like JIRA or Confluence.
• Knowledge of cloud-based integration and API testing.
