Role: Program Test Manager

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Test Program Manager to lead and manage the end-to-end testing strategy for the migration of existing B2B/EDI integrations from MessageWay to Seeburger. The Test Program Manager will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and integration specialists to ensure comprehensive test coverage, minimize defects, and deliver a high-quality migration outcome.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and implement the overall testing strategy for the migration program.
- Develop detailed test plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate and manage all phases of testing: Unit, System Integration, End-to-End, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Ensure test environments, data, and tools are prepared and aligned with project timelines.
- Collaborate with development and integration teams to validate migrated workflows, mappings, and partner configurations.
- Establish defect management processes and oversee issue resolution.
- Track and report testing progress, risks, and quality metrics to stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication between business and IT teams to ensure alignment on test objectives and outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with security, data integrity, and regulatory standards during testing.
- Drive continuous improvement in testing processes and methodologies.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Test Manager or Test Program Manager in large-scale integration or migration projects.
- Strong understanding of B2B/EDI integration and platforms (MessageWay, Seeburger BIS).
- Expertise in test planning, execution, and defect management.
- Familiarity with EDI standards (X12, EDIFACT) and communication protocols (AS2, SFTP, FTP).
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with test management tools (e.g., HP ALM, JIRA, Zephyr).
- Knowledge of risk-based testing and quality assurance best practices.
Nice-to-Have
- Experience in Seeburger BIS configuration or MessageWay decommissioning.
- Exposure to automation testing tools and frameworks.
- Understanding of Agile methodology and tools like JIRA or Confluence.
- Knowledge of cloud-based integration and API testing.
