Overview: Join our team as a Strategic Sourcing Manager focusing on Information Systems and Technology (IS & IT) services. You will collaborate with leadership to shape supplier strategies and manage sourcing initiatives, ensuring value optimization and risk mitigation across various indirect spend categories.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead complex RFI, RFP, and RFQ processes; negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts across multiple spend areas.
- Establish key performance indicators for supplier management, fostering continuous improvement and compliance.
- Engage with stakeholders to build consensus, maintain strong supplier relationships, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree preferred.
- 8-10 years of experience in category /commodity management, especially in Information Technology.
- Proficient in developing complex contracts, negotiating agreements, and managing supplier performance.
- Strong understanding of legal contract terms and procurement processes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and data analytics skills.
