Role Expectations:
- Act as the primary liaison with the client during functional discussions.
- Help shape client requirements and align them with client s roadmap.
- Be dynamic and enterprising, with proven expertise in the US Insurance distribution domain.
- Lead functional and solution discussions with the client during US business hours.
- Collaborate effectively with the offshore delivery teams and Product management team.
- 12+ years of experience in Business Analysis within the P&C Insurance domain.
- Strong understanding of insurance distribution models (agency, direct, broker, digital).
- Proven experience with insurance platforms (e.g., Guidewire, Duck Creek, Majesco) or custom P&C solutions.
- Expertise in business process design, functional specification writing, and stakeholder management.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills for engaging with senior stakeholders.
