Job Details
- 10+ years of experience in BI and data analytics, with 5+ years in Power BI.
- Highly skilled and experienced Power BI Architect / Technical Lead to lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade Power BI solutions.
- Strong blend of architectural vision, hands-on development expertise, and the ability to collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver impactful data visualizations and insights
- Define data modeling strategies, DAX calculations, and performance optimization techniques.
- Build complex Power BI reports, dashboards, and interactive visualizations.
- Develop and maintain semantic models, calculated columns, and measures using DAX.
- Work closely with business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Present prototypes and final deliverables to stakeholders for feedback and approval.
- Monitor and optimize report performance and data refresh schedules.
- Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise Power BI solutions.
- Deep understanding of Power BI Service, Power BI Desktop, and Power BI Gateway.
- Experience integrating Power BI with Azure Data Services, Oracle, SQL Server, Excel, and other data sources.
- Ensure the Power BI environment is optimized for performance, including query performance, report rendering, and dashboard responsiveness.
- Collaborate with data engineering team to ensure data models and data flows are optimized for Power BI consumption.
- Ensure proper implementation of security standards by creating RLS.
- Create paginated report in power bi report builder using on-prem database
- Knowledge of report server configuration and deploying bulk paginated reports between servers.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
