About the Role

We re looking for a passionate UX Designer to join our growing product and design. In this role, you ll be responsible for crafting intuitive, user-centered experiences that make our digital products engaging and easy to use. You ll collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to translate business goals and user needs into elegant design solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to understand user behavior and pain points.
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define and implement innovative UX solutions.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback, analytics, and testing results.
• Maintain design consistency across all platforms and products through adherence to design systems and standards.
• Present and justify design decisions to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Stay current with UX trends, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor s degree in Design, HCI, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 2 5 years of experience as a UX Designer, Product Designer, or similar role.
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision).
• Strong understanding of usability principles, accessibility standards, and responsive design.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
• A portfolio showcasing strong UX design process and outcomes.

Preferred:

• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript).
• Experience designing for enterprise or SaaS platforms.
