Summary:
We're looking for a highly organized, self-motivated MSP ConnectWise Administrative to join our team and support daily operations across billing, vendor coordination, reporting, and general administrative functions. This is a key position for someone experienced in Managed Service Provider (MSP) environments and proficient in ConnectWise PSA. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced setting, can juggle multiple priorities, and plays a critical role in ensuring smooth internal operations and client satisfaction.


Job Title: MSP ConnectWise Administrator
Location: Remote (Direct Hire)


Summary:
We're seeking a detail-oriented, self-motivated ConnectWise Administrator to support operations within a fast-paced MSP environment. This role covers billing, vendor coordination, reporting, and client administration, requiring strong ConnectWise PSA experience and multitasking skills.


Key Responsibilities:


Generate and reconcile client invoices (ConnectWise PSA, Pax8)


Process quotes and manage renewals (licenses, hardware/software)


Oversee vendor procurement and contract coordination


Maintain accurate client data and onboard new accounts


Create operational and financial reports using ConnectWise, BrightGauge, etc.


Support internal tools (IT Glue, ConnectBooster, TimeZest)


Handle admin tasks including expense reports, scheduling, HR inquiries, and event planning


Collaborate cross-functionally and participate in team meetings


Ensure timely completion of KPIs (invoicing, orders, reporting, payroll)


Qualifications:


3-5+ years in MSP or IT admin roles


3+ years with ConnectWise or similar platforms (Autotask, ServiceNow)


Strong procurement, vendor management, and reporting experience


Familiarity with tools like IT Glue, BrightGauge, ConnectBooster


Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills


Proficient in Office 365 and spreadsheets


Preferred Certifications:
CAP, MOS, CMAA, PACE, CAPM
