Description

We are seeking Level 1 and Level 2 Data Center Technicians to support post-installation activities following a recent 400G deployment. The role focuses on network turn-ups, troubleshooting, and large-scale cabling work in a high-demand environment. This is a contract position with potential for extension, requiring onsite presence and adherence to a rotating shift schedule. - Assist with network turn-up activities for newly installed 400G infrastructure. - Perform break-fix work, including troubleshooting connectivity issues and replacing cables as needed. - Support large-scale structured cabling efforts (approximately 10,000 cables). - Diagnose and resolve hardware and cabling problems quickly to minimize downtime. - Collaborate with network engineers to ensure successful activation and performance of circuits. - Maintain accurate documentation of work performed, including incident reports and inventory updates. - Adhere to data center security and operational standards.

Qualifications: L1 Technicians: - Basic understanding of data center operations and cabling. - Ability to follow detailed instructions and work in a team environment. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $34.00 - $34.00/hr.
