Shift: M-F start time 8am. May be occasional OT.

Job Description:
We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated Cash Reconciliation Specialist to join our esteemed team. The incumbent will be responsible for the following duties:
Overseeing all aspects of the cash batch set up process and balancing with the company's treasury department.
Preparing and disseminating the Daily Bank Report to Business Centers.
Downloading, processing, and uploading Remit Files into the accounting software.
Transferring coding from Business Centers to the Master Bank Report and preparing it for automation.
Setting up and balancing cash batches manually and through automation.
Researching and resolving cash outages, ensuring all deposits are set up for the month-end.
Preparing and maintaining detailed reconciliation reports.
Performing daily, weekly, and monthly cash reconciliations to ensure all transactions are accurately recorded.
Managing cash-related inquiries and providing timely resolutions.
Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to resolve payment discrepancies and other issues.
Provide excellent customer service to internal business partners.
Meet productivity and quality standards set by the organization.
Assist with training new team members and provide ongoing support and guidance.
Ensuring compliance with internal controls and accounting policies.
Performing additional duties as assigned.
Skills:
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
