Role-Senior Associate Platform L2

Location- Remote anywhere in North America with travel to Calgary for any important meetings

Senior Associate Platform L2

As a Senior Associate Platform L2, you will be responsible for supporting and maintaining the Endur platform, ensuring its stability, performance, and continuous improvement. You will work closely with trading, risk, and operations teams to troubleshoot issues, enhance system functionality, and optimize Endur for business needs.

Your Impact

  • Provide Level 2 support for the Endur platform, ensuring smooth operations and minimal downtime.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Endur configurations, workflows, and integrations.
  • Collaborate with business users, developers, and infrastructure teams to address system performance and stability concerns.
  • Monitor system health, performance, and data integrity, proactively identifying and resolving potential issues.
  • Implement and test system enhancements, patches, and upgrades to improve Endur functionality.
  • Document support processes, troubleshooting steps, and system configurations to ensure knowledge sharing.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and recommend long-term solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices in energy trading and risk management.

Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in Endur support, implementation, or maintenance.
  • Strong understanding of Endur architecture, modules, and workflows.
  • Hands-on experience with Endur scripting, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Shell scripting, and database management (Oracle, SQL Server).
  • Experience in supporting trading, risk management, and operations teams.
  • Knowledge of commodity trading, risk management, and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to issue resolution.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Set Yourself Apart With

  • Experience in Endur upgrades, migrations, or large-scale implementations.
  • Knowledge of ETRM/CTRM systems beyond Endur, such as Allegro, RightAngle, or Murex.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based Endur deployments and DevOps practices.
  • Certifications in Endur, ETRM, or related technologies.
