Job description

  • Role Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Field Service (OFS) Consultant to join our onshore delivery team. The consultant will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Field Service Cloud to optimize field operations. This role requires close collaboration with client stakeholders, technical teams, and field users, with a strong preference for on-site presence in Fort Mill, SC.

  • Key Responsibilities
    • Act as the primary OFS consultant on the project, ensuring successful implementation and ongoing support.
    • Configure and customize Oracle Field Service Cloud modules based on business requirements.
    • Collaborate with business and IT teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver enhancements.
    • Support integrations between OFS and other enterprise systems (e.g., Oracle ERP, GIS, CRM).
    • Provide on-site support during critical phases such as go-lives, UAT, and training sessions.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve OFS-related issues, working with Oracle support as needed.
    • Document solution designs, configuration changes, and standard operating procedures.

  • Required Qualifications
    • 5+ years of experience with Oracle Field Service Cloud, including implementation and support.
    • Strong knowledge of OFS architecture, configuration, and mobile workforce management.
    • Working knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, and data mapping.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a client-facing environment.
    • Willingness to work on-site in Fort Mill, SC, as needed.

  • Preferred Skills
    • Experience in utility or infrastructure service domains.
    • Oracle Field Service Cloud Certification.
    • Familiarity with Agile project methodologies
