RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client seeking a Salesforce CPQ Engineer Team Lead remotely.

Overview:
This client is seeking a Salesforce CPQ Engineer Team Lead to join their growing Salesforce team. They are looking for a rockstar developer and CPQ expert-someone who can hit the ground running, take ownership of CPQ solutions, and provide leadership across Salesforce development efforts. This is a great opportunity for someone with 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce CPQ experience who is ready to step into a lead role and ultimately convert to full-time.

Key Responsibilities:
* Serve as a subject matter expert for Salesforce CPQ development and architecture
* Lead design, implementation, and ongoing support for CPQ solutions, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and performance
* Act as an internal consultant, mentor, and change agent across Salesforce teams
* Partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to define CPQ requirements and deliver innovative solutions
* Collaborate in sprint planning, user story development, and backlog grooming
* Review code developed by peers and provide constructive feedback
* Develop reusable Apex classes, Visualforce components, and Lightning Web Components
* Write and maintain clear technical documentation, including data flows and system diagrams
* Support release management from sandbox to production and post-deployment support
* Drive continuous improvement of Salesforce platform best practices and development processes

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
* 5+ years of Salesforce development experience, including Apex, LWC, and Visualforce
* 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce CPQ implementation and support experience
* Strong understanding of CPQ configuration, pricing rules, product rules, quote templates, etc.
* Experience working with Salesforce integrations and DevOps tools (e.g., Copado preferred)
* Prior experience leading Salesforce development efforts or mentoring junior developers
* Salesforce certifications (such as CPQ Specialist, Platform Developer) are a plus
* Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a bonus
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
* Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Collaborative team player who can also work independently
* Excited about innovation and driving scalable Salesforce solutions

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
