Position: Identity & Access Management Specialist

100% Remote

Hiring: W2 Contract

Primary Responsibilities:

• Identifies and resolves gaps in the business processes which may include security/authorization set-up, user documentation, data interface design, data migration, and reconciliation.
• Ensures that solutions and services perform according to defined processes, policies, and complies with information security requirements.
• Integrates systems with in-house and third party applications for provisioning, identity authentication, developing connects between tools and systems resources, and system resource authorization.
• Translates business requirements into identity access management (IAM) related strategy implementation plans.
• Maintains appropriate user entitlements.
• Builds, tests, and rollouts IAM solutions in collaboration with internal and external resources.
• Monitors system performance and identifies potential security threats or breaches.
• Responds to user inquiries and provides support for access-related issues.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Experience: Responsibilities:

• 6 year s relevant experience
• Leads the design, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise-level access control and authentication systems.
• Develops and maintains a strategic roadmap for identity and access management that aligns with business goals and objectives.
• Evaluates new technologies, tools and makes recommendations for adoption based on business requirements and industry best practices.
• Serves as a subject matter expert in access management and provides thought leadership to the organization.
• Establishes and maintains relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, auditors, and regulators.
