We are seeking a skilled and reliable Facilities Maintenance Engineer to support day-to-day operations at our Irvine location. This role is essential in maintaining a safe, functional, and efficient facility environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems, and be comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance (PM) on HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Respond to and resolve work orders in a timely and professional manner
- Support general facilities maintenance tasks to ensure operational continuity
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3-4 years of experience in facilities maintenance or a related field
- Strong verbal communication and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- EPA 608 Certification or NFPA 70E Certification
- Prior experience in electrical maintenance
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
